Our technical advisors partner with clients to create an offer that meets the needs, schedule and budget of the project. Commonly available and free design software is available in the cloud via a link in the "Downloads" section. Our software is appreciated for the transparency of the algorithm, which is based on the latest Eurocode. This software allows the use of different sizes of bolted connections in a given cross-section of a column in order to minimize costs. We also offer direct support from our structural designers.

Bolted connections for precast columns and walls

Bolted connections for the columns, i.e. the system of anchor bolts and column shoes are used to connect the precast column to the foundation or to connect the columns of subsequent storeys. These types of bolted connections allow to increase the efficiency of assembly on the construction site by up to 50% compared to connections made with the use of starters and corrugated pipes. In addition to speeding up the construction process, bolted connections increase safety by ensuring full control over the connection being made during assembly. We also offer a similar system for joining precast walls.

Fastening plates and other products for precast structures

We also offer fastening plates, anchor rails, slab hangers for openings in hollow-core slab floors, connecting loops for precast walls, as well as lifting systems used for transport of precast elements, including a system of spherical head and threaded anchors.
